I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room’s sheets and towels were not clean or white, and even after requesting fresh towels, the issue remained. The spa was in the same condition, not clean or fresh. It felt as if the hotel had taken on more guests than it could handle. The food was relatively good, but the overall experience was very disappointing.

The desk service was very poor and completely unhelpful this time. There were no towels in the room, and calling reception didn’t work. We were also given only one room key, so I had to track down my roommate whenever I needed to get inside.

Choosing this hotel made us very happy. The rooms are a perfect size and have balconies, while the huge beach and three pools, plus one small pool, offer plenty of space. There were enough loungers everywhere, so nobody had to fight for one. The large restaurant served great food, and the many bars had no queues.

Leo at the snack bar made tasty cocktails and was a really nice guy. Our room was pleasant and the pool was large and nice too. The only drawback was that the food became a little repetitive.
