FAFA Premium Hotel & Spa

The beds, linens, and room were perfect, and the SPA was very good, although it was so noisy that it needs a no kids allowed rule. The toiletries were too basic for this class of hotel, just hand soap and an all in one shower gel. The buffet was unacceptable for such a high quality hotel. There was a long queue, and the restaurant smelled so strongly that dinner made me feel like I needed a shower afterward. In April, during the low season, this could have been a five star experience if the food had been better.

A stunning view and a relaxing atmosphere made the stay even better. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, while the food was delicious. Staff were professional and welcoming, and the service overall was excellent. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect vacation.

For 75€ all inclusive, I was not expecting luxury, but I did expect better basic standards. The drinks were a major disappointment: beer came from 2L bottles, cocktails were served in tiny plastic cups, and the overall quality seemed as cheap as possible. No water was placed in the rooms. Guests had to carry 2L glass dispensers from the lobby, and they did not even fit in the room fridge. The staff were very young and inexperienced, and the service lacked professionalism. I stayed in May and found the all inclusive experience disappointing.

The loud music after 10pm was the issue that made me decide never to return. It should be stopped immediately. If I were the Albanian hotel quality authority, I would give this place a three star badge. The food was relatively okay, but the drinks selection in the kitchen needs improvement. In Block B, at least from what I saw, the rooms need better inventory and wall paint, and the hallways need renovation. The SPA also needs renovation. Things were leaking and broken, with at least two or three facilities marked out of order. The Turkish hammam was only a cold room, the leg and sitting areas were cold, and the tap water was only moderately hot. The chlorine level in the pools should be reduced.
