From arrival through departure, the staff were professional and courteous, which made the stay very pleasant. The accommodation was comfortable and practical, with good-quality furnishings and very clean facilities. Every detail showed a strong commitment to guest comfort. The amenities were impressive as well, especially the dining. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all offered a diverse selection of really good quality. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it.

The duplex made the one-night Thursday stay feel especially comfortable. It was spacious, beautifully designed, elegant, and home-like. Dinner was fantastic, with delicious food and a classy but relaxed atmosphere. The live music made the evening even more special, while the staff remained kind and attentive throughout. Everything, from the room details to the dinner ambiance, felt carefully looked after. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone wanting a refined but welcoming place.

The pool area was relaxing and perfectly maintained, and the amenities were great. My room at Grand VM Conference & SPA was spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a comfortable bed. We stayed there recently for a work retreat, and the smooth check-in and welcoming staff made a strong first impression. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide selection of fresh, delicious choices every morning. The stay exceeded all my expectations.

The pool was nice, the jacuzzi was perfect, and the rooms were very clean. Room service was great, and the restaurant food was tasty. Parking in January was also easy, with a spacious garage and plenty of room. The spa was the reason I chose the hotel in January, but the salt room was closed, while the hammam and sauna were cold. There was no sea view either. Even with those issues, it was a good choice for the money.
