Hotel Pinea

Our family felt very well cared for throughout our stay at Pinea Hotel. The reception team were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help, while the clean, well-maintained facilities made things comfortable for both adults and children. The children especially enjoyed themselves. Meals were fresh, delicious, and varied enough to suit everyone. We’d definitely recommend Pinea Hotel to families looking for an enjoyable holiday.

The sea view and beachside location were fantastic, and the place was very clean. We spent the weekend here with the Dent Fix team and were impressed by the polite, humble staff, the excellent service, and the wide choice of food. Five stars from all of us.

The rooms were in terrible condition, with a blackened ceiling and mold all over the shower. Service was just as bad, with rude staff pushing trays into guests while they were getting food and ignoring people completely. The food and drinks were so poor that many guests felt sick afterward. Even though everyone had wristbands, you still needed a card to enter the dining area. Cocktails and decent beer were limited to the restaurant, with nothing available at the beach or pool. This is nowhere close to five-star quality, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The quiet location near the center made the stay especially relaxing. The pool, spa, and restaurant were all high quality, with fresh food and quick service. Our room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, while the staff were welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. You could see the care put into every detail. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely return.
