Hotel Ruko Boutique

The owner made us feel very welcome, and the receptionist was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the food was both delicious and varied. The beach is only three minutes away, which makes the location ideal for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

Florida at reception made a real difference to our trip. She sent us lots of useful information before we arrived, then remained friendly, attentive, and ready to help throughout the stay. The hotel was clean, pleasant, and well looked after, and having a private beach was another major plus. We had a wonderful, very comfortable stay and would highly recommend it.

The clean pool was a hit with the whole family, and the beach was only a three-minute walk away, with a shop and bakery nearby. Hotel Ruko is exceptionally well run, from the efficient restaurant staff to the food and drinks served throughout the day. Florida and the rest of the team looked after us from arrival, and the immaculate bedrooms were cleaned daily. We even left early for a taxi and found the night porter waiting with surprise refreshments. The breakfast was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our family stay. It felt like a five-star experience, and we hope to return.

The food was good, with Spanish flavors connected to where the owner comes from. Still, the hotel itself felt cramped, squeezed between buildings that seemed to overwhelm it, and the pool was very small. Getting to the beach meant crossing a road where cars drove dangerously fast. The staff, including the male workers, and the owner appeared cultured and tried to seem decent, but they seemed connected to a group involved in more than ordinary hotel business.
