We were so disappointed that we checked out one day early, and even the staff seemed to understand. The property is run-down and poorly maintained, nothing like the website photos suggested. That is a real shame because the location and sea view have a lot of potential. We paid €140 a night, but the breakfast was below average. The kind staff were the only real positive, and they clearly tried their best. I strongly advise against staying here and wouldn’t waste the money.

Stone Beach Residence in Qeparo was wonderfully peaceful, and the service made the stay even better. The staff were friendly, helpful, and available whenever we needed something. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The care put into keeping everything clean made it feel easy to settle in. I’d definitely return to this quiet, clean place by the sea.

The calm, beautiful sea feels almost like a huge private swimming pool. We especially appreciated the adults-only setting because it kept everything quiet. It wouldn’t really suit young children, though, because of the steps and the way the sunbeds are positioned on the rocks. The apartments are spacious and equipped with all the amenities. The view is the best part, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I found this place to be a real gem and wouldn’t stay elsewhere on the Albanian coast.

The peaceful beach was spotless, and the whole setting felt wonderfully removed from noise and stress. The view is breathtaking, and Stone Beach Residence really does feel like another world. Our air conditioning didn’t work properly, so the nights were somewhat uncomfortable. The price also seemed a little high. Even so, the scenery and unusual atmosphere were enough to make me consider returning.

This place is about peace rather than luxury, and that was exactly what I wanted. The adults-only, +18 setting kept the resort exceptionally calm. Sunbeds were free, breakfast was nice, and the waitstaff were incredibly kind. Lunch was delicious, and the cocktails were genuinely excellent. It’s the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed, with wonderfully friendly service.
