The hosts’ genuine kindness and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. Everything exceeded what we expected, and we’ll definitely choose this hotel again for our holidays in September. We visited on May 2nd and were welcomed so warmly that we felt at home straight away. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the rooftop was magical. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We also really appreciated the modern, very clean bathrooms. If you’re driving, one of the uphill roads is quite steep, so a more powerful car is helpful. There’s an easier alternative route, or you can park lower down and take the stairs up. They’re lovely for a scenic stroll.

Waking up to the sea view made the trip feel special, and the hotel’s peaceful atmosphere was just right for unwinding. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed. The location is excellent, and the staff were welcoming and ready to help from the moment I arrived. I had a fantastic stay in Himarë, Albania, and would happily return. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Himarë.

The clean, spacious, modern setting at Villa 8 made for a wonderful holiday. The staff were communicative and very friendly. With that lovely view, the stay was all about peace and quiet, and an unforgettable vacation.

The terrace was spacious, with a lovely look over the bay and sea, though the ground floor apartment’s view is partly blocked by a new building in front and a large, unfinished, ugly one on the left. The location is a bit of a problem. The steep road is manageable after you’ve driven it a few times, and there are stairs as a shortcut, about 10 minutes down and almost 20 minutes up in the heat. With our 5-year-old, going up and down several times wasn’t convenient. We drove instead, but parking in Himare is a problem. The villa itself is brand new, well built, nicely decorated, and probably the cleanest place we’ve stayed. All appliances are new, there’s AC in both rooms, and the towels and sheets were very clean.
