Greccia Hotel

The breakfast was awful, with cold leftover fries, no bread, and hardly anything that seemed edible. It felt like scraps, and on the final day we were suddenly demanded to pay for breakfast again, despite having paid for a stay that included it. There was no receipt or explanation. The staff were rude and unhelpful from beginning to end, and the whole situation showed no basic professionalism or hospitality. I was genuinely disgusted. Do not stay at this hotel.

Leda and Kelvin treated me and my three friends like family, and leaving felt like saying goodbye to loved ones. Their service was on a level that could put luxury hotels to shame, which was the best part of an already excellent stay at Greccia. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and regularly, the amenities were good, and there was a beautiful pool and a great restaurant. I couldn’t recommend the place more. I miss Leda, Kelvin, and all the staff.

After almost 20 hours of flights and layovers from the United States, I arrived hoping for a simple check-in and a decent stay. Instead, I was misled about whether breakfast was included. It didn’t feel like an innocent clerical mistake to me, but intentional false advertising, a bait and switch. Being 5,000 miles from home, tired, and stuck there makes that especially upsetting. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Find somewhere that honors what it promises, because integrity matters more than amenities.

The place itself is fairly nice and the rooms are okay, but the team didn’t want to make any effort when help was needed. They were not professional, and the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen. I won’t be coming back.
