Hildon Eco Hotel

The room was roomy, comfortable, and spotless, with a modern feel and everything kept fresh. What stood out most was the staff, who were warm from arrival and always ready to help beyond what we expected. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked another visit for next June.

After 15 years of coming here, I'm still very impressed. The rooms are amazing, the service is really good, and the staff are so friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The food was delicious, the rooms were very clean, and the views were beautiful. The location is great too. I'm usually very picky, but this hotel felt perfect, and the staff deserve a 10/10. Absolutely recommend it.

Our balcony looked over the ocean, with sunsets and the moon visible from the room. It also had a safe, fridge, TV, hair dryer, AC, and curtains that blocked out all the light. The room was clean and tidy whenever we returned from the beach, and reception was staffed around the clock. We could always let them know whether we wanted cleaning. The hotel is right across from the beach, where there are plenty of free beach mattresses. The restaurant in the garden has a small menu and a laid-back atmosphere. We usually missed breakfast, but lunch there was pleasant. Along the beach are more restaurants, hotels, shops, and beach bars, while the other direction is quieter and leads to a lovely seaside restaurant and smaller beaches you can reach on foot. Snorkelling showed some ocean life, and there were lots of cute cats and dogs around. We did have electricity and hot water problems on the first night, but both were fixed by morning. Communication sometimes required Google Translate, though the staff were always friendly and helpful. Looking at the older reviews, we suspect the team or management may have changed. We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily return.
