The New York Hotel has an elegant look, comfortable rooms, a luxurious atmosphere, and a very good location in Budapest. Breakfast was excellent as well. My main reservation was the reception service, since the front desk staff were not as attentive or responsive as they should have been. It was still a pleasant stay, but that part needs improvement.

The location made the stay very easy, only a few minutes by car from the town centre and the airport. The host and staff were consistently friendly and helpful. On short notice, the boss arranged a car rental for us without any trouble and also suggested local restaurants, places to see, and activities. We had a fantastic visit to Hotel New York in Kamez, Albania. We enjoyed it so much that this will be our first stop whenever we return to Tirana. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself was nice, but tourists should be careful with the bar coffee place directly in front. They may try to scam you, so please watch out.

The room was clean and pleasant, and the worker was very kind. Sleeping was still extremely difficult because there were loud noises throughout the night. Someone was even vacuuming around 3am.

The staff and service were amazing, and the newly refurbished rooms were exceptionally clean. We stayed with my wife and grandparents, and having a garage for the car plus a lift to the rooms was very useful. There’s a pleasant terrace with tables and chairs where they serve coffee and croissants, while breakfast is bring your own. The hotel is near Tirana Airport, with several shops and restaurants close by.
