Kocibelli Hotel

The location was the only good part. Our rooms were okay and clean, but the indoor pool was very cold and clearly lacked maintenance. The jacuzzi had missing tiles and looked nothing like the pictures they had sent me. The sauna was locked too, so we couldn't use it. I had wanted a relaxing family stay and was very disappointed.

Breakfast was okay and pretty standard, but the room made me avoid the pool and spa because I assumed they weren't well kept either. It had a strong detergent smell, the bathroom was very old, and the sink and some other furniture were broken. The room didn't look like the hotel's website pictures AT ALL.

The hotel needed better cleanliness and clearer communication. During our school trip, we were charged for the stay but couldn't use the pool simply because we were students. That restriction wasn't mentioned before booking, which felt unfair and misleading. The rooms also weren't very clean. On top of that, we could hear what sounded like a mouse moving inside the walls, and it made us uncomfortable. For paying guests, the hotel didn't meet our expectations.

The pool and jacuzzi were both cold, while the rooms were sooo bad for the price. The beds were hard and strangely low to the ground. The bathroom door didn't have a key, and the room door stayed open. It was terrible. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!
