Azura Hotel

We were welcomed warmly by Geri and Dena at reception, and the whole staff were patient, helpful, and always smiling. We arrived from far away, so we really appreciated being allowed to check in early. The clean rooms, comfortable beds, great pool, and fresh, tasty breakfast made the stay lovely. Chef Bruna's “petulla,” a traditional Albanian dish, was absolutely delicious, and we could enjoy breakfast by the pool. Azura Hotel is right in central Ksamil, and the restaurants, beaches, and even parties were steps away. It took less than a minute to get back to our room, which was super convenient. I had been looking for somewhere less than a minute's walk from the beach, and this was exactly what I found. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. We had an amazing time, and I'm sure I'll return. I truly recommend it from the heart. The warm, personal welcome made us feel at home.

The staff were kind and helpful, and everywhere was clean. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and it was nice that the kitchen stayed open late. We had a lovely experience and will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Azura Hotel, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment we arrived. Housekeeping kept our modern, spotless room fresh and clean, and it had a beautiful view. The beds were cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything matched the description, if not better. The location is close to everything yet peaceful enough for a good night's rest. Great value and service!

We especially appreciated all the tips the team shared, from places to see and restaurants to how to get around. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had a question or needed something. The hotel has a welcoming feel and is easy to access. We left with lovely memories and would happily recommend it.
