We were left stranded in the streets of Ksamil in the middle of the night because they wouldn’t accept our booking. The landlady just hung up on us. Very unprofessional, avoid at all costs. This is a fraud.

Our booking through booking.com was confirmed, but when we arrived it seemed the ApartHotel was not open. The owner said it was no longer available on any booking platform, which is very weird since we found it on at least two platforms.

We ordered meat with fries twice, and both times the food came burnt and really dry. There was no side dish or sauce, and no one offered drinks or provided service.

The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive, and the private parking was really convenient. The setting was peaceful, the bed extremely comfortable, and the spacious, modern rooms were tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The Beshiku ApartHotel is in an excellent spot, just steps from Ksamil's beautiful beaches and close to restaurants, bars, and attractions. I highly recommend it if you want comfort and relaxation in one of Albania's most beautiful areas. I’d definitely stay again.

We arranged a room for three days through Hotels.com. When we got there, the owner said there wasn’t a room available, and we haven’t been refunded, either by him or through the website. A real scam!
