The owners made the stay especially memorable. They were warm, friendly, and went out of their way for us, even picking us up and driving us to Sarandë. The pool and garden are lovely, and the hotel is just steps from the beach, restaurants, and bars. Our modern, spotless room had air conditioning and a mini kitchen. Absolutely perfect, and we can’t wait to come back!

The hosts were polite, discreet, and really hospitable, and the pool was clean and great. The apartments are lovely, well equipped, and clean. It’s an easy walk to the beaches, restaurants, and shops. For sure, this is the best place to stay in all of Ksamil. It’s quiet, private, and beautiful. Thank you, Alexandra and the whole Casa del Mar team.

The pool and garden are great, and the owners and staff were always available. Nothing felt like too much trouble for them. The villa and apartments are in a great spot, close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Rooms are clean and modern, with air conditioning and a mini kitchen.

We rented every apartment for our group of 13, and it worked out great. There was plenty of comfort, and the pool was really enjoyable. Alexandra was friendly and always available. It was perfect.

The pool was nice, and the flats had plenty of space and simple kitchen facilities. Breakfast was straightforward but good, with vegetables, bread, jam, butter, and protein.
