Foga Hebrus

We arrived late at night, exhausted after a long journey, and were told that our group's confirmed reservation had been cancelled without any advance notice. We'd already paid the booking advance, so we were shocked and left stranded. For nearly five hours in the middle of the night, we waited in the lounge without proper support or an explanation. The staff handled it extremely poorly, made no effort to find a fair solution, and offered no compensation for the inconvenience. Eventually they suggested another hotel, nowhere near the quality we had booked. It felt like a last-minute patch-up, not proper customer service. The lack of communication and mismanagement left our group stressed and exhausted. This was one of our worst hotel experiences, and I would never recommend it. Paying and booking in advance didn't make us feel we could rely on them. The way paying customers were treated was unacceptable.

Everything felt well cared for, and the hotel's cozy charm made it a lovely place to relax. The staff were so welcoming and kind that I felt right at home. I had a wonderful stay in Ksamil and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The beach was so loud with music playing all day that this hotel ended up being the only place we wanted to relax. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. Great hotel.

Luis, Nelson, Mary, Ada, Alex, and the rest of the team were the best part of our stay. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and made the experience memorable. There are some room issues, though. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and electricity only worked with the key card inserted, so we couldn't keep anything cold in the fridge while we were out. The great service made up for some of that, but the facilities could use improvement.
