The location was very convenient, and the relaxed, pleasant atmosphere made our time there enjoyable. Everything was clean, comfortable and well organized. Staff were kind, welcoming and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Thanks for the great hospitality, we’d definitely love to return.

The staff were such a delight, friendly, sweet, helpful, and working hard to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is perfectly placed, just a 2/3 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants. We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The pool is amazing, with super-comfy sun chairs. Breakfast is included, with everything you need, and the chef will make what you ask for, like omelettes, scrambled eggs and waffles. They change the towels every day, and pool towels are available too. 100/10 recommend if you come to Ksamil!

Marianna (I think that's her name) was lovely and professional, and the whole team were really nice. The clean room, quiet atmosphere and easy access to everything made for a very pleasant stay. There weren't too many people around. I recommend it and will definitely come back!

A lovely place to unwind: it’s very quiet, the pool is elegant and the view is wonderful. Breakfast was delicious, with experienced chefs across all fields, and the price was reasonable.

We flew all the way from USA with our infant and were told at check-in that there was no reservation for us. I had booked two rooms a month ahead, been told they were confirmed, and even provided an ID. The service was awful and so irresponsible. The worst hotel ever, don’t waste your time booking.
