Hotel Vila Ali

The location and cleanliness deserve the one star. Apart from those, our stay at Vila Ali was disappointing. During a heatwave, the electricity kept cutting in and out, so the air conditioning didn’t work properly. The water stopped completely at one point, and when it returned the shower pressure was so bad that we were trying to wash with just a few drops. The bathroom was a nightmare. The toilet was glued to the wall, leaving your leg resting on a metal toilet paper holder. The tiny “shower” had no glass, curtain, or any kind of divider, so whenever we tried to use it, the whole bathroom got flooded and everything was soaked. The sink was loose from the wall, wobbly and slippery whenever you touched it. The internet was slow, but that was the least of our problems. Budget-friendly should still mean having the basics: electricity, running water, and a working toilet. Avoid.

If you, Th. T, really stayed at Hotel Vila Ali, please post your review under a real first and last name instead of anonymously. That does our hotel a disservice. There’s always room for improvement, but that doesn’t mean you should express your dissatisfaction with your stay in Ksamil with such anger.

I really enjoyed staying here. The house was spotless and beautifully kept, with a clean bed and a kitchen that seemed brand new. Lyla, the hostess, was wonderful. She even made me coffee this morning, such a nice touch. A lovely experience. Thank you so much, Lyla 😊

The owners were so friendly and helpful, and the place felt cozy and was very clean. It’s also close to lovely beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. I’d happily recommend staying here.
