Terrible experience. We booked a sea view room for July 2025 and paid far too much, but from the balcony we could see only trees and the small pool. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't waste your money. The staff were terrible 💩💩

The hotel is okay, and I guess it could be improved, but the owner's apparent penny-pinching spoils the stay. The rooms have almost no equipment, and the pool water is cold because it isn't heated. Breakfast was the worst part: hardly any choice, nothing tasted good, and the products seemed low quality. It could shine, but the stinginess gets in the way.

The pool area was lovely, and the hotel is clean and well located near the beach. Rooms are spacious and clean too. Best of all was the attentive service from Florian, the owner, and the rest of the staff, including Gheti. I can't remember the other names. I'd absolutely recommend the hotel and will return.

The facilities felt far too expensive for what you get. Breakfast was horrible, served in a dark, hidden corner, and we weren't allowed to sit on the terrace to enjoy the view even though it was empty. The coffee wasn't really coffee to me and was cold. There's a proper coffee machine, but using it costs 300Lek. The location, though, is very good.

The staff were friendly and really helpful, and our room was cleaned every day. The balcony was a great size and even had a dryer. We especially liked how comfortable the hotel was for families with kids. It's very close to one of Ksamil's best beaches, and the tea and coffee at breakfast were delicious.
