The owner was helpful and polite, and I’d gladly come back. The location, room, parking, and breakfast were all great. In Ksamil, getting most of those things together can cost a fortune.

Our room was at the back, with no view, but it stayed so cool that we never even turned on the AC. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. From the deck, though, you get the sunset views, which were breathtaking. It’s around a 10-15 minute walk from the beach, with several restaurants nearby. The family who runs the place were lovely and welcoming. They work hard on breakfast, and it was one of the best continental breakfasts we had: omelets, pancakes, butter and jams, fresh vegetables, milk, orange juice, and coffee. For the price we paid, it was really cheap for what you get. I recommend it.

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the beach wasn’t far away. From the hotel, there’s a beautiful view of the sea, the mountains, and the sunset. The owners were very kind and hospitable. Good luck to Niko and the team 🤞

The owners were friendly, and the breakfast sweets were a big plus. One day there was cake, the next we had crepes, along with other choices. I was in room 9 by the veranda, so in the morning I could hear chairs moving and people talking over breakfast. Parking was limited to around 4-5 cars, and we struggled to park anywhere, even in the alley. Owners of nearby hotels came out yelling that the spaces were private, even outside their hotels, which seemed stupid. The shower sent water everywhere, leaving the bathroom floor soaking wet all the time, and there was no hot water. The toilet wouldn’t flush. It was an okay experience, but those things need to be improved.
