The infinity pool was lovely, and one of the quieter beaches is about a 20-minute walk away. Parking was easy, though the walk back in the evening is steep. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and modern with great views. For us, as a couple in our late 30s or early 40s, the location was just right. It’s a little off the main strip, so we could get away from the busy side of Ksamil whenever we wanted. Great hotel and location.

The staff were amazing, and the building’s construction and architectural design were beautiful. The views were great too. Getting to the beach took less time than Google maps suggested, since a few unlisted roads offer a more direct route. Five stars in every respect!

We had to cancel our trip to Albania because flights were canceled and the airport was completely shut down due to the security situation in our country. We had a reservation at Lans Hotel, and contacted them ten days before check-in to ask if they could cancel it or give us credit for a future stay. They refused, without flexibility or consideration. We weren't looking for a last-minute refund, only some basic understanding about a situation entirely out of our control. It's disappointing that a hotel claiming to offer quality service showed so little empathy. We still hope to visit Albania someday, but Lans Hotel's lack of support has left us deeply disappointed and reconsidering our plans.

Getting to the beach from this hotel is a long way, and the climb back up takes real effort. I also still don’t have my invoice, even though it’s been several weeks since I stayed and I’ve asked for it every day. They keep promising on WhatsApp, but haven’t sent it. Really disappointing. If you don’t have a car or need an invoice, I’d book somewhere else.

The bay views are gorgeous, and the hotel itself is brand new and very clean. The staff were really friendly and the service was great. It costs a lot, but you get what you pay for. Just be ready for a steep climb on the way up.
