The accommodation was pleasantly clean, check-in was easy, and there were plenty of towels. I also liked having a small balcony with a fly screen. But if you plan to cook, the kitchen is very poorly equipped. We had just one roll of toilet paper for the whole stay, no dish sponge and no kitchen towels. We never saw or heard from the landlord. Since none of my several emails got a reply, I sent the travel agent our late check-in details again, just to be safe.

It gets cold here in winter, and the heating doesn’t work very well. I also felt a bit cheated over the booking. The guy asked me to cancel so he could make more money, and I agreed and paid 20 euros in cash. I clicked the wrong option in the booking, though, and was charged another 20 euro fine. I noticed a few minutes later and tried calling the owner, but he didn’t answer. Knocking on the door didn’t help either. Maybe it was just a misunderstanding.

The location was perfect, with beaches, places to eat, and shops all within walking distance. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the people we dealt with were really nice. I was also allowed to charge my electric car, which was extremely helpful. I can only recommend it!
