Olive Hotel Ksamil

Hotel Olive ksamil is a beautiful place, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Ksamil Beach-Albania is a picturesque village on the Albanian Riviera, with white sand, clear turquoise water, and the nearby Ksamil Islands giving it a tropical feel in Europe. The coast is beautiful, with great restaurants and crystal-clear water, and it’s a good base for exploring other breathtaking places nearby. Tirana, the capital of Albania, is in the Balkans. Albania has many castles, blue water along the Adriatic Sea, beach scents, and kind people. Its coastline runs along the Ionian and Adriatic Seas, and there are tens of thousands of bunkers throughout the country. I truly recommend this place to my family and friends for a wonderful vacation.

I booked a more expensive room with payment due at the hotel, but they charged me 30 days in advance. When I drove there, a life-threatening storm made the only mountain road too dangerous to use, so reaching the hotel was impossible. I had to stop and tell the hotel I couldn’t arrive, but they refused to refund me. Avoid this place. It’s a long, dangerous mountain drive, and I don’t think the hotel is worth it. Supporting a business that lies and takes advantage of tourists makes no sense. Shame on this hotel!

We spent five nights at Olive hotel and even tried to stay longer. The rooftop breakfast was amazing, and the modern, new rooms had really comfortable beds. It’s easy to walk to everything, and there’s free parking on site. They also brought fresh beach towels each day. The staff were lovely, especially manager Uzera and Freddie at breakfast. Thanks for a great stay, I’d recommend it to anyone.

We kept getting different prices from the receptionist whenever we tried to ask, and his manner was really irritating and inconsiderate. After he found out we were Turkish, his behavior got even worse. When we returned to the hotel, he offered us a basement room. I found the treatment rude and racist, and would never recommend staying here. They urgently need a friendlier, non-racist receptionist. You shouldn’t have to deal with that tone and attitude.
