Resol Hotel

The room was so cramped it was hard to move around, and we were left with one used toilet paper roll and no bottled water. It also took us nearly two hours to work out the air conditioning. When we raised our concerns, the staff were rude, brushed off our basic questions, and then canceled our Booking.com reservation even though we had paid and received a receipt. It seemed intended to stop us from posting a review. The whole experience was frustrating and disrespectful, and nowhere near what you'd expect from a place calling itself 4-star. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We were four couples, and everyone in our group was impressed by the stay. The hotel was brand-new, right in the heart of Ksamil, with the beach, restaurants, marts, and currency exchange all just minutes away on foot. It's a lively area at night, and there was plenty of parking at the hotel too. The team were warm and attentive. We think the hotel is family-run, and when we needed to rent a car for a few days, a staff member arranged it quickly and efficiently. Breakfast had a good selection and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. There was a nice pool in front of the hotel. We spent a peaceful evening there talking with friends and relaxing. A comfortable and convenient place to stay in Ksamil.

We spent a lovely time here and would definitely come back. The pool was a nice place to sit and relax with friends or family, and breakfast included Albanian traditional dishes cooked for you. Room service was great, too. The location worked really well, with the beach area and lots of restaurants an easy walk away. The manager was so friendly and ready to help whenever we needed.

We booked three rooms for seven days for my family, and we were all very happy with the stay. The hotel was clean and right in the center, close to the beach and plenty of good restaurants. The people running it were great. I recommend it to everyone I talk to, and can't wait to return.
