The breakfast was varied and high quality, with specialty coffees like lattes available to order. It was handy to have food available throughout the day, too. The hotel was spotless everywhere, from the common and pool areas to our comfortable room and immaculate large bathroom. The shower was particularly good. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and helped with our luggage, which made us feel valued as guests. The staff were attentive, friendly, and hospitable throughout, always checking we had what we needed and happy to answer questions or share excellent local recommendations. This was the best hotel of our two-week Balkan road trip and one of the best I've stayed in. It exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Sondor Hotel for 12 nights after changing from another hotel we had planned, and we were very happy with that choice. A longer stay gave us a proper sense of the everyday comfort, not just the first impression. It's modern, tidy, peaceful, and suited us well for a relaxing trip for two. We appreciated the clean, cozy room, pool area, and convenient parking. The location is close enough to Ksamil's beaches, restaurants, and main attractions, while still away from the noisiest spots. Breakfast was a convenient, good start to the day, and the delicious ILLY coffee deserves a mention. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. We thought it was very good value for money, and would gladly return. I'd recommend Sondor Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, modern, peaceful, comfortable stay in Ksamil.

The staff were so kind at breakfast, and the hotel host kept checking that everything was going well. We stayed four nights at the Sondor during our Albania trip and loved how easy it was to reach the centre of Ksamil and the beaches. The hotel was spotless and nicely decorated, and the pool looked spacious and lovely, though we spent our time at the beach. We did miss having a kettle and tea in the room, but whenever we asked, the staff were happy to bring hot water, and it didn't affect our stay. We'd definitely recommend it.

The little cakes at breakfast were something I looked forward to every morning, and the breakfast itself was great. Our room was clean and spacious enough for two, with a beautiful bathroom that made me want to shower every night. Everyone on staff greeted us warmly, checked we had what we needed, and shared suggestions for places around Ksamil. Markets, restaurants, and the beach are all walkable. I loved this place and will definitely stay again 😊

Getting around was easy from this convenient location, and check-in went smoothly. The staff were helpful and polite. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for, so relaxing was easy. Breakfast was fresh and had enough variety for different tastes. A solid, enjoyable stay.
