The staff were warm and welcoming, and we had a good stay. Our room was clean and had a nice view, though a little more space would have been nice. It was also within easy reach of the beach, restaurants, and shops. I wasn’t too impressed with the breakfast selection; it could use more variety.

The service was lovely, and we had a good experience overall. The room didn’t feel very soundproof, though, and you could hear everything. Also, the outdoor hot tub wasn’t hot 🥲

The staff made our four-day stay especially good. Xhoni Lleshaj looked after us exceptionally well and helped us a lot. The room was clean, and the bathroom and shower were in perfect condition. Breakfast was delicious too. I’d gladly return to the Two Mermaids Hotel, which has become one of my favorites, and I highly recommend it.

We spent 9 nights at Two Mermaids in September with our 3-year-old son, Oliver, and came away with lovely family memories. The pool was calm and family-friendly, never overwhelming, and the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from beautiful beaches. It’s close to town for convenience but set away from the busier areas. Johnny, the hotel manager, and Kasim, the hotel owner, made us feel welcome from the start, even offering a complimentary drink when we arrived. They were attentive throughout and gave us thoughtful tips on local restaurants, bars, and beaches. Oliver adored Johnny, who took time to play with him every day. That meant a lot to us. We had such a relaxing stay and will definitely be back.

On May 3, 2025, our group of more than 50 stayed at the Two Mermades hotel in Ksamil, and we had an absolutely excellent time. It’s close to the beach, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast had plenty of variety, with fresh organic and traditional products full of flavor. I’ll definitely come back and wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.
