The rooms are spacious, spotless, and have comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. We had a huge balcony, daily cleaning, and fresh towels. The location is great for beaches, shops, and restaurants, and there’s secure private parking. The hosts were very friendly and helped us with all sorts of things, from SIM cards and taxis to suggestions for beaches and cafés. Highly recommend!

We spent a week at Villa Balani, just beyond the main busy stretch of Ksamil. Shops and other things were still close by, but the nights were quiet. Our room was roomy, clean, and well equipped. A great place to stay!

The apartment was cozy and gave us a warm place to unwind after a long day out. It was very clean when we arrived, with the care taken over cleanliness making us feel at home right away. The beach was only a short walk away, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants serving local food. We enjoyed trying different dishes without having to go far. We stayed there last summer and had a delightful time. I’d gladly return, and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy place in Albania with a convenient location.

We had a peaceful stay at Vila Balani, just the escape we wanted. Housekeeping came every day and kept the rooms fresh and immaculate. They respected our space and didn’t touch our valuables, which helped us feel secure. A big thank you to Vila Balani for making the vacation so memorable. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

We had a peaceful, very enjoyable stay, and I’d gladly recommend this place. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Even when we left valuables in the room, they weren’t touched. Thanks for everything, “Vila Balani”.
