Our top-floor apartment was huge, with two rooms and en-suite bathrooms, plus a large living room, TV, open kitchen, dining area, and refrigerator. It was well furnished, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. All the air conditioning units worked well. The big balcony had plenty of seating and lovely views of the city and beach. The owner and his wife were probably among the nicest locals we met on the trip. There’s parking onsite, and they served a great breakfast every day. The location was excellent too, just a few minutes’ walk from the famous Ksamil beach and beach clubs. Highly recommend!

We could walk easily to everything from this quiet location, including the supermarket, bakery, and restaurants. The calmer beaches, with fewer people and no loud music, were about a 15-20 minute stroll through the village. Our apartment was spacious, clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed, including a great kitchen. The owners and staff were lovely and made sure we were looked after.

After checking out, we asked if we could leave our car in front of the hotel for a few hours while we went into town. It was no trouble, and they even said we could leave it there all day. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and clean. Villa August is also very central. We had a great stay and I’d definitely recommend Villa August in Ksamil.

The elderly couple who run the apartments made our stay special. They always made sure we were smiling, looked after, and having a good time. It’s a really nice apartment in a very central spot, close to beaches, restaurants, and pubs. Highly recommend!
