We were really happy with this house and would definitely recommend it for a quiet family holiday. The yard is wide and green, with trees and a lovely place to relax or have a BBQ. It's enclosed and safe, so kids can play there. The house was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed, with individual air conditioning in every room. The beach is about a 5 minute walk, and grocery shops and taverns are also within walking distance. Hektor and his mother were so kind and hospitable. They treated us to homemade bread and seafood, and gave us useful information about good fish markets and other things we needed to know.

The villa looked stunning in the photos and in person. It's conveniently located for food, taxis and buses, beaches, and more. The hosts were especially kind and gracious. Highly recommend!

The garden was wonderful, and the location was excellent. The villa was spacious, very well cared for, and spotlessly clean, with all new furniture and every comfort. The furniture and bathroom layout had a European style. The owner was friendly and attentive to details. I'd definitely stay again.

We came as a group of 10 and had such a good time. The villa was spotless and well equipped, with a beautiful garden, and made a great quiet base away from the busy city. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. It's only 3 minutes from local shops, restaurants, and bars, and 5 minutes from the nearest beach, so the location was fantastic for exploring Ksamil. The villa exceeded our expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. I think I'll be back someday. ♥️
