The host's warm welcome and genuine hospitality made us feel at home right away. They were always ready with helpful suggestions and a friendly smile, and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. That personal care made our stay especially memorable. Zogaj Hotel was comfortable, clean, and well kept, with a relaxing feel that made it easy to unwind. We had a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish, and would happily come back. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay and such welcoming hospitality.

The central location and lovely pool made this a relaxing stay, and the villa has great services too. It’s a beautiful family-run place, spotless throughout, with such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The family made us feel at home, even more than that! I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a wonderful, unforgettable break. 🤍💫🤩💞🌊⛱️🥰✨

The place looks lovely now, and the website seems professional. They’ve clearly upgraded it since I stayed about 10 years ago, when the hosts were very friendly and we had a really nice time. This time, though, they couldn’t answer a simple email asking about room availability and the price for a particular period. Maybe it’s because a new generation has taken over the business and is too busy, or maybe there’s another reason. Either way, I can’t understand the lack of a reply, and the service doesn’t feel professional. It leaves a dark spot on our previous experience with this host. Truly a shame.
