Pastarella Beachfront Resort

Pastarella combines a sophisticated setting with food and service that feel personal. Our server knew the menu well, stayed attentive, and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about it. Every dish was full of flavor and carefully presented, from the perfectly cooked steak to the dessert. The team also handled our dietary preferences thoughtfully and made sure we had what we needed. It was a luxurious but comfortable meal, and I’m looking forward to returning.

The four of us, my wife, our two children, and I, spent six nights in August and had a very good stay. The hotel staff were especially kind, perhaps helped by the fact that we are Albanian and speak the same language. When the air conditioning in our first room became noisy, they moved us to a better room, essentially an upgrade, without charging anything extra. We ate at the hotel restaurant and also tried places nearby. On two or three days, we spent part of the day visiting other cities and holiday spots. The Ansel boat tour is worth putting high on the list, taking you along the coast to the pirates cave or whatever it is called, before leaving you for the day at St. Vasili beach. The service was outstanding, and I’d highly recommend the hotel.

After two nights at Pastarella hotel, we left very pleased. Our spacious sea-view room and the private beach were highlights, and the location was perfect. The food was delicious, as is common in many restaurants in Albania. The staff were excellent, especially the two reception ladies, who were very kind and flexible whenever we needed help.

The private beach was lovely, with clean water, beautiful scenery, and plenty of space because it wasn’t overcrowded. Staff and service were both top-notch, very kind, and attentive, which made staying for a few days a real pleasure. It also offered good value for the money. Thank you!
