Tirana Resort Radhime

The views were stunning, and we had a really good experience at this hotel. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay 🤗🤗

The sea around this area seemed dirty to me. Inside the hotel, the air conditioning in our room only worked like a fan, even with temperatures above 35 degrees outside, so it was similarly hot indoors. Reception didn't answer when we called. We stayed for two nights with our family, and the experience felt basic, especially for a four-star hotel.

The rooms are nicely decorated, and most of the staff are pleasant. The pool music was good too. Still, the beds were extremely hard, breakfast was awful, and the coffee couldn't be drunk. There was a bird-feces smell across the resort, and human feces appeared in the pool, although it was cleaned within an hour. We also found the room-key policy strange, with only one plastic card provided per room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Before booking, I called three times over two days and was quoted a different price each time. Nobody took responsibility for that. For our family of four, including two small children, we tested a double room with a toddler bed for one night, thankfully. Although the receptionist showed us a room that was meant to be ready, the toilet was dirty and stayed that way after I reported it. When we returned from lunch two hours later, there was no water in the bathroom. We were told they knew and had to wait, and the water came back after about an hour. The room was dusty, had only two towels, and we received no extras even after asking. There were no apologies or accountability, and we were made to feel at fault. I'm glad we stayed only one night.
