The owner was available and ready to help whenever we needed something, no matter the time of day. The apartment itself was large, modern, and very clean, with an amazing view. We gave both cleanliness and service 5 points. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for good service and a spotless place.

The apartment was in the center of Saranda, although it was close to the mosque, and it looked fairly nice in the Booking.com listing. In reality, the rooms were small and had no air conditioning because the owner said it was bad for you. We had to insist before getting a fan. The parking was advertised as free, but the owner later claimed it cost €10 per day. We cancelled the Booking.com reservation so we wouldn’t have to pay the commission. The parking was inside an apartment building that was clearly owned by a relative. There wasn’t even dish soap or a bottle of water. The service was awful. Truly a disgraceful owner. Avoid.
