Bistrica Hotel

The best part of our 20-day stay was how welcome we felt, almost like family. Everyone was kind and helpful, with Everton standing out for his friendliness and the time he took to tell us about Albania's history and tourism. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day without exception. We also got daily help with parking, which made things much easier. Breakfast was more than enough, and nothing went wrong during the stay. Without question, this is the cleanest and most beautiful hotel in Saranda. Highly recommended.

Hotel Bistrica is in an excellent spot, with beautiful views and easy access to the area's main attractions. The room itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and comfortable, especially the bed after a day out exploring. The staff made the stay particularly enjoyable. They were warm and friendly, paid attention to details, and went out of their way to help with any request. From arrival to departure, everything felt welcoming and exceptionally well handled.

The hotel is lovely, with clean rooms, a tidy breakfast area, and staff who are genuinely helpful. The attendant even assisted me with parking on the busy streets. Breakfast was simple, but it was tasty and good enough. I gave four stars despite rating the individual areas five because of the club directly opposite. Its music is loud, so don't expect to sleep before midnight, even during the week. I'd still recommend the hotel for its quality, as long as you're prepared for the noise.

Everton was an attentive and reassuring host who made us feel safe and always gave us useful advice for getting around and exploring nearby cities. We found this family-run hotel by chance and were genuinely glad we did. It went beyond what we expected, easily 10/10. Our Deluxe family room was beautiful, modern, and cleaned every day, with fresh towels each morning, good Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and plenty of charging points. The hotel is tucked away from the busy road and promenade noise, although we could see the party boats and beach from our windows, just 30 seconds away. Breakfast included savoury food, a fry-up, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and traditional dishes. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared each morning by Everton's mother, who was very kind and could accommodate special dietary requests. The homemade jams and marmalades are worth trying.
