The sea view is incredible, especially from the large balcony, where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and listened to the waves at night. The apartment was spacious, new, clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Cavo Paradise is in a quiet area, around 15-20 minutes on foot from the Sarande promenade, which suited us better than staying in the noisy center. There are restaurants, markets, and fast food nearby, plus a small beach platform with sunbeds and a bar just behind the building. Other beaches are only a couple of minutes away. Our host was extremely pleasant and communicative. I highly recommend the place and would stay at Cavo Paradise again if I return to Sarande.

I’ve stayed in this apartment for more than eight years, and it still feels like home whenever I return to Saranda. The family renting it out takes excellent care of guests, which is a big reason I keep coming back. The apartment itself has always been clean, with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The view is easily the best part. There is construction all around, as Albania is booming and people are working hard, so daytime noise is to be expected. That context makes the recent one-star reviews seem unfair to me.

The apartment is excellent for the price, with friendly staff and a fair rate. The only possible drawback is the location. If you’re planning to go out, be ready for a bit of walking.
