Whenever we asked for food or even basic things like water, the answer was simply no. Nobody seemed willing to help, and the staff were unfriendly and disrespectful the whole time. We had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com, but the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Instead of welcoming us, he told us to go to another hotel in the city center. It felt like we were being kicked out. Customer service matters, and this place failed badly. I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel has a restaurant, a pool, and its own way down to the beach. It’s spacious and reasonably priced, and the view is incredible. The bathroom was fine, though the shower had no door, so water spilled out every time we used it. Getting into the city center takes about a 30-minute walk, and the route isn't well lit at night. Still, we'd recommend it as a good option in Sarandë. I added a photo with a QR code to our YouTube channel, where there's a video from Albania showing the hotel and our room. J&G Vlogs

The breakfast was the one thing that could be better. We were there in low season with very few guests, so I imagine it's harder to keep a hotel at this standard running when it's not full. It might be better when there are more people. They do need a toaster, and gluten-free bread would be nice too. The setting is stunning, with views all around where the river meets the sea, even from the elevator. It's not central, but it isn't far away or isolated either, and it's peaceful if that's what you want on vacation. The other side of the city is much louder. Our room was fine and had what we needed. Everything was clean, and the crowd was so nice, sweet, and caring. The terrace, pool area, and beach were amazing. I left today and already miss it. I'll be back! That balcony and the sunset in front of you are breathtaking. Thanks again to the sweet crew who work there, they deserve appreciation. My only complaint isn't that it's perfect, and I come from a poor area in my country. If you like perfection, maybe stay in east Europe, where you won't find the nice hospitality and nicer tourists like in Saranda.

Breakfast was exactly the same every morning, and I'm so tired of it. There wasn't anything different to choose from, and I'm not sure this place deserves three stars. The location is much too far from the center, and the beach beside the hotel was unusable, with huge waves crashing on the sand. That's mainly because the hotel is right by a huge lake that connects to the ocean and creates big waves. I'm also shocked by the bathroom: no hand soap or toilet roll holder, a toilet that's far too high to sit on, dim lights that make it hard to see myself in the mirror, and a toilet that keeps breaking and won't flush properly.

Matt, the owner, was helpful when I had questions. The hotel is new, so the rooms are in good shape, and there's a nice pool with a sea view. If you get a sea-facing room, the balcony view is great. Ask for one when booking, or you may face a construction site. Breakfast was okay with some variety. The hotel is right by a pebble beach, so bring aqua shoes, and there are lots of steps down to it. Staff warned us the waves can be dangerous where the river meets the ocean. It's a difficult spot to reach because it's away from town. The nearest place to eat is about a 15-minute walk. You can take the bus, but the stop is still a 15-minute walk from the hotel. There was no water in the rooms, and it was 32 degrees, so ask if you can refill bottles at the restaurant downstairs.
