Hotel Panorama Sarande

We had a really pleasant stay, and the warm welcome made a difference. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room looked out over the seafront, with a breathtaking view. Everything is within walking distance, though the staff will happily order a taxi if you don’t feel like walking. They can also arrange food from local fast food places if you’d rather eat at the hotel. We’d recommend it to anyone wanting a great stay without having to remortgage their house. Thanks again from the crazy English boys!

If I come back to Saranda, this is where I’ll stay. It’s the first hotel where I’ve truly felt at home. Breakfast was always plentiful and full of flavor, and the ladies in the kitchen were ready to make whatever you asked for. The service guys and reception girls were the kindest people I’ve ever met. Everything was perfect.

I’ve never dealt with such unhelpful hotel staff. We weren’t offered any compensation for the broken things in our room, and the only person who seemed to care was the young boy serving breakfast each morning. I would never stay here again and can’t recommend it. The worst issue was a broken toilet in one of our three rooms. We reported it that day, but nothing was done for the next couple of days before checkout. My friend couldn’t use it, and they neither repaired it nor offered another room. When we reported the TV problem, staff said they knew it didn’t work in any room, but did nothing, despite listing it as an amenity. The interiors also felt old-fashioned and hostel-like. The bathrooms flooded after every shower because there was no door or curtain. None of our three rooms had balcony furniture, though some other rooms did. Breakfast was the same few things every day. The wifi was out for three days, and we couldn’t even send a text from our room. There were no sunbeds, only sweaty sacks too dirty to touch. The hotel is up a very steep hill from the coast.

The rooms were very dirty, and the staff seemed lazy and unprepared. Communication was really poor and the service was bad. Not worth it at all, I don’t recommend going there.
