We booked through Booking, and they couldn’t accept either of our two bank cards, but they didn’t cancel the reservation. When we arrived, they told us it had been cancelled, even though their computer showed the booking was still active and the payment hadn’t gone through. The woman speaking with us gave us water and tried to find another hotel with rooms available, which was kind of her. Still, Albania, please improve the service.

The owners and staff were so kind, and I loved them. The food was excellent, the rooms and bathrooms were great, and the view was amazing. There was a mini fridge and spacious balconies too. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the city center and close to all the best clubs. You can also catch the bus to Ksamil there. A 10/10 experience, definitely recommend.

Amber was so cute and played with us! Fation and Alesia were wonderful hosts, helping us a lot and answering all our questions. The location is convenient for the city center, main beaches, and market. There’s nice parking, and breakfast kept us full until lunch. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarande. We were a small group and really enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, and our room was comfortable and very nice. You can reach everything on foot within about five minutes. I’d absolutely recommend it.

The view from the front of the hotel was very nice, and breakfast was awesome. Our room was clean and the staff were nice. There wasn’t a shower curtain, but that was only a small inconvenience.
