I booked a double bed for two people, but was given a small room with two single beds instead. There was no hot water during my stay, and the staff’s attitude wasn’t up to the standard I expected. It was a disappointing visit, and I wouldn’t stay again.

The staff were so warm and ready to help with anything I needed. I stayed for a few days and had a great time. If you’re hoping to experience Albanian hospitality, this is a lovely place to do it. I’d happily recommend it.

For an affordable private stay in Sarandë, this worked well. The room was clean and had air conditioning, a fridge and a TV, and we thought the price was fair for the quality. We only stayed one night. The issue was booking through Airbnb. The host didn’t respond to our request because they wanted payment in cash at reception instead of by card through Airbnb. I’d use another booking platform.

I’ve been here for 12 nights and have really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is kept very clean, with the cleaning staff coming every day, and they’re lovely too. Everyone on staff has been exceptionally kind, speaks English and is happy to help with whatever you need. The location makes things easy: the beach is about a two-minute walk away and the bus stops are roughly a minute away. There are supermarkets, bakeries, fast food places and shops all around. :)
