We enjoyed our short stay here and would recommend it for small families. The staff were very hospitable, and the hotel has clean, spacious rooms. It’s conveniently placed close to the action.

After leaving our original hotel following just one night because it was so bad, the Illyrian saved our holiday. The staff were super helpful, the price was amazing, and the room had exactly what we needed. The bed was a bit too firm, but we easily fixed that by using our duvet as a mattress topper.

Breakfast was excellent, with plenty to choose from. The hotel is lovely, and I was surprised by how modern, comfortable and luxurious it felt for the price. It’s ideally placed for exploring town and only a 2-minute walk from the beaches. Most rooms look out over the bay.

Amy at reception was especially helpful, with taxi arrangements and ideas for things to do, and she was friendly throughout. My mum, sister and I spent four nights here and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Bars, restaurants and everything else are close by. We’d definitely recommend it for a trip to Sarande.
