The hill is a bit of a climb, but the views from the balcony are good. Rooms are comfortable, though there’s no AC, just fans. Staff were friendly and helpful. It gets noisy at night, with people talking on balconies at all hours and in the halls as they come and go, so it might suit night owls. Bathrooms were reasonably clean, though the bins needed emptying more often and the toilet paper checked, like at most hostels. The kitchen and living space downstairs are spacious, but there’s only one hob, so cooking may mean waiting.

I spent a week at the hostel and had a great time. The location is perfect, and I’m pretty sure the view is the best in Saranda. The building feels brand new, with clean, spacious rooms and a private balcony in each one. There’s a big rooftop terrace where guests can hang out, and something fun seemed to be happening with everyone each night. Downstairs you’ll also find a roomy dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thanks so much!

Such a fun, social hostel, with loads of room in the common area and on the roof. The balconies all have stunning views, and there are good shops nearby. Getting down to the cluuuubs is an easy walk!

The sea and hill views are stunning, and it’s only a short walk to the beach. Poseidonas Hostel has clean, comfortable rooms and common spaces that are great for relaxing or meeting other travelers. The friendly staff make the place feel warm and welcoming. It’s good value for a relaxed beach stay or a stop while backpacking through Albania. Highly recommend it.
