The spa’s atmosphere was missing completely. Kids were constantly screaming without anyone managing them, and there didn’t seem to be rules or respect for quiet. Music played for the first few minutes, then stopped for no apparent reason, leaving the place feeling even more chaotic. We were staying at another hotel and came here just for the spa and pool, but it was a really disappointing visit. The online photos make the spaces seem large, elegant, and restful. In reality, the spa area is tiny and poorly maintained, and the lack of care, especially around cleanliness, was obvious as soon as we walked in. The showers were dirty, basic amenities were missing, and the lockers felt randomly placed and awkward to use. There was mold almost everywhere, even close to the loungers where people are supposed to relax. It felt unpleasant and unhygienic. The place looks very different from its online presentation, neglected and not very clean, without a real spa feel. It’s a shame, because better organization, cleanliness, and attention to guests could make the experience very different.

We had agreed on a specific price in writing for our stay. Just before we were due to transfer the deposit, the hotel suddenly asked for double that amount, a 100% increase. That feels like a huge scam aimed at trapping guests at the last minute. Absolutely unacceptable. I hope this kind of deceptive business practice doesn’t reflect the hospitality of the Albanian people.

The SPA was wonderfully relaxing, and the service was impeccable. We also loved the delicious food and the great variety. Fantastic stay, with real comfort and top-notch hospitality. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had a room on the 15th floor with a nice view, and the room itself was modern, clean, and very nice. It was cold when we visited in December, but the heating worked well. The underground parking was a useful option in a place where finding a spot can be difficult. Breakfast was okay, though unfortunately the hot buffet food was cold. Even so, I can recommend staying here.
