I found the payment handling very unfair. They added fees for using the POS on top of the agreed price, then used their own exchange rate without clearly explaining it. The whole thing felt unprofessional and lacking in transparency.

The hotel has beautiful views, and the staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was a real disappointment. I would consider staying for the accommodation, but I strongly advise against including breakfast or dinner because you may regret it.

I only visited for food around sunset, but the manager, staff, and meal were all excellent. I don't understand the negative comments about the food. Their pizza is very good, probably the best in town and one of the best I've eaten in albania.

We stayed as a couple and were very pleased with how the staff treated us. Their smiling faces and excellent service made us happy, and we especially appreciated their kindness. I'd come back in the future.

Terrible experience. We booked a room, but nobody told us that breakfast wasn't included. Only after we had finished eating did they reveal the unreasonable price for the disgusting food. The staff were unwelcoming and arrogant, and the manager seemed unprofessional and uneducated. It felt as if the whole place was focused on taking money from clients. Think twice before booking.
