The rooftop restaurant is the highlight, with really cool views over the town. It’s also one of the tallest towers in lezhe, so it’s hard to miss.

We arrived at reception unexpectedly, without a reservation, and were welcomed like family who had simply gotten lost. The staff did everything possible to make us comfortable, including finding us a room facing the direction we preferred and arranging our preferred breakfast diet.

The location is good, and the 12th-floor lobby was a first for me. The hotel room itself was flat, which was also a new experience.

The room, location, and view were all lovely. The breakfast experience was very disappointing, though. Although it was supposed to continue until 9:30 am, we arrived at 9:10 and were refused any more food. A very kind receptionist eventually managed to get us a croissant with coffee, but the waiter and the lady at the bar were clearly annoyed. She did everything she could to help, but the situation was upsetting.
