We only stopped with our bus for coffee and a snack, but it was a very disappointing break. The staff were slow, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. The coffee was awful, and the croissant was merely microwaved and handed over in a napkin. Six euros for two coffees and one croissant felt extremely expensive for such poor quality.

Getting a coffee here was surprisingly difficult. No one came to take our order, so I had to go inside and ask. Even then, the coffee didn’t arrive for 15 minutes, and we eventually had to leave. I won’t be stopping here again while driving.

Whenever we travel to Croatia and return to Macedonia, we make a short espresso stop here. The bar staff are kind and friendly, and the espresso is nice. I can’t comment on staying at the hotel or using the pool because we only stop briefly.

EXALCO-AL is a modern, thoughtfully designed complex in a convenient location, with shops and services easy to reach. The spaces are clean, the construction is good quality, and the surroundings feel safe and comfortable, whether you’re visiting or living here. Highly recommended!

Tea and a croissant were listed at 250 lek, but when the girl taking the order saw that I had 400 lek in my hand, she charged me that amount. When I went to collect the order, they gave me berry tea and simply said there was no black tea. Be careful.
