The room comfort and cleanliness made our stay fantastic, and the whole environment felt thoughtful and welcoming. My family and I had a wonderful time at the hotel in every respect. The waiter’s fish recommendation in the restaurant was especially memorable, and I can still remember its taste. Every member of staff treated us with politeness, kindness, and respect, which made us feel genuinely valued. We definitely want to come back.

Ergys deserves special thanks for the excellent service. He helped make our one-night stay a very good one, and we will definitely return. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, with clean rooms and a great breakfast. There is also a pleasant spa area.

The spa was a lovely, relaxing part of the stay, and the rooms were very comfortable. Food was good both at the breakfast buffet and during the rest of the day. The reception team were very polite. When it started raining and we had no umbrella, they even helped me with one.

The hotel itself is wonderful and the food is good. Unfortunately, the service from the waiter working in the ground-floor hall was a serious problem. He was rude and arrogant, with an unpleasant manner, and we even saw him physically assault an older colleague of the elevator boy in front of us.

The rooms and bathrooms are both large, with plenty of space, and everything was clean. Breakfast offered a good variety, and most of the staff were friendly. Hotel Colloseo is right in the city center, although the pedestrian area outside has many cafés and can be noisy. At 5 in the morning, we could also hear the call to prayer from the nearby mosque.
