We weren’t satisfied with the room. It smelled strongly of cigarettes and hadn’t been swept properly, and when we arrived, the cleaner was still inside, so we waited ten minutes for her to finish. There was only one pair of slippers, no towels, and several other basic things were missing, including two wine glasses and at least an iron.
