The bathroom was modern and really nice, and the outdoor seating area was lovely. It was also great value, with kind staff and a fantastic spot by the old town, mosques, and good cycling routes. They even made me an iced latte to take along at breakfast. The bedrooms felt dark and a bit dated, and building work woke us around 8am. Still, the service and location made for a good stay, though the rooms could use some improvement.

The room was great, with a nice bed and good shower, and the free breakfast was very good. There’s free underground parking with large spaces right below the lobby, plus a modern elevator. I had to pull up in the drive so the attendant could go around to the garage entrance and guide us past the gate down the steep ramp. Traffic was difficult coming from Podgorica in the north, though heading south toward the castle looked like a straight shot. Only downside was loud hallway talking and laughter at 11:30 last night. I booked at the last minute through Booking.com.

The staff, especially the women at reception, were so thoughtful and helpful. They checked on us often and handled all the many requests from our group. I spent a week here with my fiancé, now husband, while getting ready for our wedding, and family and friends flew in from all over to stay at the same hotel. The rooms were clean, new, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, and everything we ordered from the menu was just as good. Downtown, with its bars and restaurants, is just down the street, which made things easy. My husband's family has a home nearby, but I think we'll stay at hotel Mozart whenever we visit. We had an amazing time, and I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you!

Service was 10/10, from the helpful reception staff to a varied, delicious breakfast. The coffee was especially good. Our room for me and my daughter was spacious and comfortable, with two beds, a separate sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony with a decent view. Highly recommended.

The location is handy, beside a historic Church and close to coffee shops, fresh bakeries, bars, and pretty much anything you want. Parking inside and outside is free, there’s 24-hour security, and they’ll bring an iron and ironing board to your room at no charge. There’s also dry cleaning, a room safe, and balcony verandas. The food is excellent and so cheap it feels like you’re robbing them. The owner runs at least five high-end hotels, and it shows in the marble, historic facade with glass, modern lighting, large restaurant, and outdoor patio. It’s a magnificent seven-story hotel with an atrium lobby, glass elevator, and stunning views. Unlike other places in Europe, this one is fully air-conditioned, including the lobby and hallways, and has a full-size elevator for two people and multiple bags. They showed us several room options, and the valet was friendly and attentive from arrival. Eli at reception greeted us right away with a genuine smile and sorted things out efficiently. We only switched hotels because our previous place kept moving us to a different room every other day. That turned out to be a huge favor. We had planned to tour the Albanian Riviera, but didn't want to leave. Prices are a bargain, and the service feels like a five-star resort. It's a must-stay, and the only complaint is that the rating system only lets you give five stars when this place sets the bar at 19. We don't recommend it because you'll never be happy anywhere else. We planned to visit its sister hotel, but don't want to leave.
