Nightlife is just a step away, so there’s no need for a long drive or walk. I had a great stay here, with a fresh, updated, clean room and a good restaurant. There was a nice selection of drinks at the bar, too. The employees were amazing, welcoming, friendly and helpful, and did their best to make us comfortable and happy. Honestly, it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in the Balkans. One night wasn’t enough, and I’ll definitely come back.

They looked after our luggage while we went hiking, which was helpful. The rooms are fine, with comfortable beds and hot showers. There’s a lot of street noise. Breakfast was good, though nothing special.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. The bed and shower were good too. There’s no window blind on the top floor, while rooms on the first floor get quite a bit of noise from the bars and restaurants in the street. Just an okay hotel, nothing spectacular but nothing bad either.

The staff were helpful and gave us good suggestions for where to eat. Since we had to leave before breakfast, they prepared a packed breakfast for us. We had a lovely night at promenade hotel. The room was really nice and clean, and the location was perfect for an evening in Shkoder, with lots of reasonably priced restaurants nearby. I’d definitely recommend promenade.

All the stars go to the reception guy. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, treated us very well and helped plan our next excursions. The hotel is right in the centre, and the room decoration, cleanliness and comfort were all very good. Noise from the nearby bars at night made it less comfortable, though there isn’t much the hotel can do about that. The sloping ceiling also made it awkward to move around the room, so try not to get an upper-floor room. Average value for money.
