The location made the price feel fair, and we slept well in the comfortable beds. Breakfast was good too. The room and bathroom could use more hooks, though. Also, shower gel wasn’t provided, even though it was listed as provided.
The breakfast included with our reservation was amazing, and it set us up perfectly for a full day of hiking. Alpine House is also in an ideal spot for hikes and other outdoor activities. Our stay there was wonderful.
The quiet atmosphere was especially nice since we visited outside the main tourist season. The staff were lovely and helpful, and breakfast was great. A few basic things seemed to be missing, perhaps because they’re still improving the place, but we had a lot of fun. It’s in a hard-to-beat location, and I can highly recommend staying here.
The staff are nice and the location is excellent. The main problem is the very thin walls, which meant we could hear every conversation next door. Still, it was a decent enough stay for people coming mainly to hike, and it did the job.
The outdoor seating area was a lovely place to sit and take in the surroundings. This scenic mountain hut hotel is especially suited to hikers and nature lovers, with helpful service and a tasty breakfast. The room is small, but that worked fine for our hiking plans. Getting there by car is easy apart from roughly 200 meters of gravel road. Cozy and well suited to an adventurous stay.
