It was such a peaceful place to stay on vacation. The waiters and bartenders were welcoming, polite, and kind, which added a lot to the experience. The hotel and restaurant were excellent, and I really enjoyed the food. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone after a quiet, relaxing stay.

After driving 3-4 hours from Budva, Montenegro to Tirana Airport to collect my friends, I stopped at Hotel Tirana because I needed the restroom. A staff member asked if I was sitting outside or had ordered anything. When I said no, they wouldn't let me use it and said it was for customers only. I'm Muslim and was fasting for Ramadan that day, but I ordered a coffee so I could try again. I told the same staff member I'd bought one and was sitting outside. Then they said the toilet was closed. It's disappointing to encounter that kind of treatment at a hotel regarded as high-quality. The person who served my coffee was very kind, though, and I thank them for it. Please bear my experience in mind if you visit.

We had lunch here and everything was perfect. The service was excellent, and our room was spacious and very clean. It's about 100 feet from the airport, so we strongly recommend it for both a stay and a meal.

We felt very welcome, and the staff were professional and friendly. The hotel was clean and so close to the airport. We also ate at the restaurant inside, where the food was fresh and delicious. Thanks for the service, I'd highly recommend it to friends and family.

The room was spacious and clean, with a coffee machine and a balcony. The reception staff were gentle and very nice, and spoke English really well. The private airport shuttle was included in the price too. Wishing them all the best!
